Visit the Artis Zoo in Amsterdam. Between the chimps, orangutans, gorrillas and more you see almost all aspects of their lives in action. Most striking is the way they take care of each other...rubbing, liking, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. And loads of tumbling and snuggling.
